Vital Parts of Lighting

  • High-Temperature Insulation: Class F insulation for windings allows a maximum temperature rise of 100°C at 45°C ambient temperature.
  • Limited Temperature Rise: Maximum permissible temperature rise adheres to Class B standards.
  • Optimized Winding Designs: Developed using advanced electrical design software. Ensures highly accurate winding design with detailed parameter reports.
  • Durable Construction: Stators wound with modified polyester enameled copper wire (IS 13730, Part 03, Thermal Class 155°C).
  • Duty Rating: Continuous duty, 45°C ambient temperature, Up to 1000 meters altitude, 100% relative humidity.

  • Precision Rotors: Rotors are coated with Epoxy paint with EC grade 99.9% copper for long life & corrosion free operation resulting in more durability & hygiene.
  • Dynamic Balancing: Computerized balancing for extended motor life and reduced vibration (IS 12075/IEC 60034-14, ISO 9921/ISO 8821).
  • Low Noise Levels: Sturdy enclosure minimizes magnetic noise. Controlled sound power emission from combined noise sources. Vibration within limits specified by IEC 60034-14.

Testing

Approaches about Screening

ARUN PUMP prioritizes the quality of their motors by strictly adhering to international standards (IS 325 and IEC 60034-1) during the testing process. Their advanced equipment ensures accurate and reliable results. There are two types of tests conducted.

  • Type Tests:

    These are typically performed on a single motor representative of a similar batch. However, all motors in a batch can be tested upon customer request. This computerized test involves connecting the motor to a pump and measuring various parameters like power consumption, ampere, head, discharge, rpm, efficiency and performance under different load conditions.

  • Routine Tests:

    Every single Arun motor undergoes these tests, which include measuring Ampere range, power consumption, total head, discharge at different head range, efficiency, rpm.
